The organization provides Parliamentary Procedure educational tools, study groups, resources, workshops and services to enhance its members and the general public to partake in the involvement of an effective meeting. We are a subsidiary of the National Association of Parliamentarians in District 6 and Texas State of Parliamentarians. Click on the links for further information.) On Monday, April 22, 2024, at our Electronic Annual Meeting the membership elected the following members as their Board of Directors for 2024 - 2025:

Our Vice-President Omar Jimenez was elected as the 3rd Vice President with The Texas State Association of Parliamentarians (TSAP) for 2024-2025 at our 69th Annual Convention. Crossroads Unit Delegates attend the Texas State Association of Parliamentarians (TSAP) 70th Annual Convention in Spring, Texas Thursday April 25, 2024 - Sunday April 28, 2024. Crossroads Unit members Emeritus President David Pérez Hurley was appointed Historian, Emeritus President Frances Rizo appointed to Procedure Handbook Committee Chairman, Vice-President Omar Jimenez elected to Third Vice President, and Carol Curley Davis was the Secretary Pro Tem.
